The EFCC today arraigned in court two businessmen, Ojukwu Nnamdi Rowland and Ngene Linus Chibuike, for failure to declare $2,917,272 to authorities when they were arrested on October 8th at the Muritala Mohammed International Airport on their way to China. They both pleaded not guilty to charges of money laundering and were granted bail in the sum of N50million and a surety in like sum. The case was adjourned to November 2 for further hearing.
