The Senate has screened Professor Mahmood Yakubu as the nominee for INEC Chairman. He answered various questions on the electoral process, the use of card readers, trainings for INEC electoral officers and if he can be intimidated in the discharge of his duties as INEC Chairman to which he responded that he can not be intimidated and that he has the conscience to discharge his duties in the right way and can not be compromised. He was asked to take a bow and go after answering the questions satisfactorily.
