Halle Berry Files for Divorce from Olivier Martinez

Halle Berry has filed for divorce from her husband of 2years, French actor, Olivier Martinez. The couple who got married in 2013 have one child together, 2year old Maceo. Halle Berry has been photographed in recent months without her wedding ring, but it was assumed that she had not worn it because she lost in Mexico for the Acapulco Film Festival back in 2014.
The Oscar winner and her husband were last photographed together on Oct. 17 in Sherman Oaks, California with their son. This would be Halle Berry's third divorce.
