Ciara, who's celebrating her 30th birthday was overwhelmed with emotion at the surprise party organized by her boyfriend, Russel Wilson. She looked extremely sexy dressed up like Catwoman, wearing a black leather jumpsuit singed at the waist with a Chanel belt. She accessorized the look with a black eye mask, cat ears and some hot red lipstick. Wilson came as his lady's sidekick, dressed up in a life-like Batman costume and arrived by Ciara's side in a Batmobile (because, duh). See more pictures from the party...
