The Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Delta State has thrown out the petitions by the APC and the Labour Party for lack of substantive evidence to prove that the April 11, 2015 elections were marred by malpractices. It has upheld the election of Ifeanyi Okowa as the Governor of Delta State.
