The Rivers State Governor whose election was annulled by an Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja on Saturday has accused the All Progressives Congress (APC) of bribing the Tribunal with N23billion to nullify the elections of all South-South PDP governors. He made this allegation on his Facebook page shortly after the annulment order on Saturday.
