Godsday Orubebe Pleads "Not Guity" to False Asset Declaration Charge

Former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Elder Godsday Orubebe today pleaded not guilty to the false asset declaration charge and acceptance of N70million bribe leveled against him by the Code of Conduct Tribunal. After the charges were read to Orubebe. He pleaded “not guilty at all” to count one. Orubebe also pleaded "not guilty at all" to count two. He also pleaded not guilty to receiving a bribe of N70 million from one Pastor Jonathan, a contractor constructing a skill acquisition center for the Niger Delta Ministry in Edo State.
